These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hol Proptech Private Limited through its Real Estate Portal Division (the "Company") regarding your use of the website www.Ramjiproperties.com (the "Site") and any services offered by the Company (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute your binding obligations with Ramjiproperties.

I. Defined Terms

Agreement: Shall mean and include the completed application form, its attachments, and the terms and conditions stated herein. It shall be deemed to have been executed at Bhopal (MP).

Company: Hol Proptech Private Limited through its Real Estate Portal Division, an existing company under the Companies Act, India, having its corporate office at 21, Sarnath Complex, Opp Board Office Chouraha, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, MP 462016, India.

Date of Commencement: The date on which the user visits Ramjiproperties and/or completes the registration process.

Date of Termination: The date of expiry mentioned in the notice or letter of termination.

Ramjiproperties.com: The internet website of the Company.

My Campaigns: Contains time-to-time information and descriptions of the Services provided by the Company.

Registration Data: All information supplied by the User including name, telephone number, mailing address, account and email address.

User / You: Any individual or corporate subscriber who accesses or uses the Site for hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information.

II. Term

These Terms shall remain valid and binding as long as the User continues to access and use the Site.

III. Services

• Posting user profiles or property listings for sale/rent
• Securing properties through Ramjiproperties and its internet links
• Placing print advertisements through Ramjiproperties
• Posting advertisements on Ramjiproperties.com
• Sending advertisements and promotional messages via email or SMS

Services may be purchased through available payment methods and shall be governed by applicable subscription, refund and cancellation policies.

IV. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into these Terms. Users under 18 may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

V. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees shall be as displayed in the "My Campaigns" dashboard and shall accrue from the Date of Commencement.

VI. Payment & Refund Clause

Subscription fees shall be paid on demand. Any disputes shall be subject to the Company’s decision. Refunds, if applicable, shall be made without interest.

The Company does not seek credit/debit card details except through secure payment gateways and shall not be liable for any unauthorized disclosures by the User.

VII. Charge Back Policy

Payment for services offered shall be governed by applicable charge back and payment gateway policies.
